This vape turns brown and tastes like burnt after 2 days of using pod and then runs out in 5 minutes of use

My order has still not come and I have tried multiple times to contact for a refund

I have bought this flavour before and used it with the same decice but this time it felt a bit off

Flavour is good and bold but not strong, Thought it would be a cold sensation liquid due to the images on the website having ice cubes on them, but it isn’t cold at all
