The Royal Mail have announced their strike dates, during this time we would highly, HIGHLY recommend utilising DPD.
The Royal Mail have been experiencing some delays for a while now, but these strike dates have only created further delays and huge backlog.
If you need your order quickly, choose DPD.

AFINIX SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY;

All parcels are shipped from Monday to Friday.

The Royal Mail offer a small collections window on Saturday morning; so it is possible an order can be shipped on Saturday, but there is no guarantee.

Order cut-off time for same day shipping: Royal Mail and Evri services are from 8am to 2.30pm and DPD are from 8am to 12.30pm.

Any orders placed outside of the working hours/days (including bank holidays) will not be shipped until the next working day.

Please read through the different Shipping Methods available to ensure you are choosing the method most relevant to you.

Additional notes:

We cannot cancel, edit or change order details once they have been packed and processed. We will try to accommodate order amendments and cancellations [before processing], however we receive a large volume of emails daily and offer same day shipping, so we cannot guarantee it will be possible.

The DPD Next Day method does not offer a Saturday delivery, however the Royal Mail Next Day does.

Royal Mail, DPD, Evri and other couriers may experience delays. Afinix cannot be held responsible for these delays as we have no control or influence over the parcels once they have left the warehouse and have been marked as 'dispatched'.

We can only accept Returns for damaged or broken goods. If the order you have received is not correct you will be issued a refund or store credit - the shipping fee will only be compensated if the incorrect item was the only item in your order.
